★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop ever. After ordering a very expensive PC and wait up to five days It was ME who had contacted them to ask about the order. They said they will get back to me. A couple of hours later I get an email saying my demand of financement has been rejected. This place is crazy, I can afford it and it was denied without any other explanation, I will spend my money somewhere else, you better close this disgrace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a fridge delivered this morning and was told by the driver and later by customer service that "it is not there job to place the fridge in the kitchen. It is only there job to deliver it". Yet I'm being charged for delivery and installation. The customer service representative was rude and incompetent. Definitely not ordering with Unigro again and won't recommend them!
