Cette société de Gosselies me fait penser à la création d'Apple et de son Univers d'applications décrite par Isaac Watson lorsqu'il parle de la Silicon Valley. On s'y sent bien dès qu'on y entre et encore mieux quand on commence à discuter avec les Undersiders. Je suis convaincu que si une entreprise veut se digitaliser, c'est par Underside qu'elle doit passer.
Underside is well in the vein of Apple while having its own identity. This Gosselies company reminds me of the creation of Apple and its Application Universe described by Isaac Watson when he talks about Silicon Valley. It feels good as soon as you walk in and even better when you start chatting with the Undersiders. I am convinced that if a company wants to digitize, it is through Underside that it must go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To profit on a long run, this company has a very misleading way how to nail you with a 5 year contract that you never saw it.
I have contacted this company in Nov last year . I received a visit from an associate who then asked me to sign a Devis to proceed with the arrangement!
I told him that I wanted to see the contract and he said he will send it to me in the next few days.
Never saw the contract! From Nov until January I have not heard from them.
In January, all of a sudden, they called and said that I have signed a contract of 5 years which I did not want!
Then, I received an invoice without having anything installed in my restaurant.
Bottom line, they are only interested in your signature and with it a contract of 5 years.
These business methods are unacceptable in a country in the heart of Europe.
