★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté une voile INGENUA il y a 4 ans. Elle est garantie 3 ans. Je ne la sort que pour l'été. Je ne me suis pas aperçu l'année dernière que ma voile commençait à être cuite par le soleil avec la création de micros trous qui sont devenu en 2 mois depuis que je l'ai ressortis cette été des déchirures franches. J'ai appelé le site qui me réponds après 3 semaines d'attente et de relance de ma part que c'est normal car il y a trop de soleil à Lyon et que j'aurai du prendre la qualité supérieur... Bref, ces voiles ne valent rien et se déchirent très vite au soleil... Je vous déconseille fortement d'en acheter et je tiens à votre disposition des photos explicitent avec ma facture d'achat.
I bought an INGENUA sail 4 years ago. It is guaranteed for 3 years. I only take it out for the summer. I did not realize last year that my sail was starting to be cooked by the sun with the creation of micro holes which became in 2 months since I brought it out this summer from the frank tears. I called the site which answers me after 3 weeks of waiting and stimulus on my part that it is normal because there is too much sun in Lyon and that I should have taken the higher quality ... In short, these sails are worth nothing and tear very quickly in the sun ... I strongly advise you not to buy them and I want to provide you with explicit photos with my purchase invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over onze umbrosa infina, super qu'à design. We hebben een witte gekocht wat in de zomer zeer mooi en fris oogt. Ook de voet op wieltjes is super, deze maakt het makkelijk om de parsol te verplaatsen en is voldoende zwaar om ook wanneer er wind is perfect te blijven staan. TOP AANKOOP!!!
Very satisfied with our umbrosa infina, super qu'à design. We bought a white one which looks very nice and fresh in the summer. The foot on wheels is also super, which makes it easy to move the parsol and is heavy enough to remain perfectly even when the wind is blowing. TOP PURCHASE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté un parasol PARAFLEX il y a 3 ans. Le parasol a rétréci au fil du temps, je contacte le SAV qui me dis qu'il ne couvre pas ce type de défauts !! Que couvre t'il alors ?? Et pour finir me conseille d'en racheter un !!! Le SAV est déplorable. Les produits sont visiblement pas de bonne qualité , je ne recommande pas. Photos à l'appui
I bought a PARAFLEX parasol 3 years ago. The parasol has shrunk over time, I contact the after-sales service who tells me that it does not cover this type of fault !! What is he covering then ?? And finally advise me to buy one !!! The after-sales service is deplorable. The products are obviously not of good quality, I do not recommend. Supporting photos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb vandaag onze paraflex parasol ontvangen en aan de muur bevestigd.
De handleiding was duidelijk en door het contact met de chat van Umbrosa (de fabrikant) , wist ik dat ik een steenboor van 14 millimeter nodig had.
Toen ik alle spullen vooraf compleet had, was het een kwestie van de handleiding goed volgen en alles verliep prima.
Zelfs voor iemand als ik, die toch beslist geen techneut ben, was de handleiding met het filmpje zo helder als glas.
Toen de parasol eenmaal hing, kwamen er direct een paar andere bewoners van ons appartementen gebouw kijken.
Ze waren meteen overtuigd van de kwaliteit van de paraflex parasol en willen er ook een.
Received our paraflex parasol today and mounted it on the wall.
The manual was clear and through contact with Umbrosa (the manufacturer) chat, I knew I needed a 14mm masonry drill bit.
When I had all the equipment complete beforehand, it was a matter of following the manual carefully and everything went well.
Even for someone like me, who is by no means a techie, the manual with the video was as clear as glass.
Once the parasol was in place, a few other residents of our apartment building immediately came to have a look.
They were immediately convinced of the quality of the paraflex parasol and want one too.
