A	Adam Trojanowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious. Don’t do it. We waited an hour for mediocre food at unreasonable prices. Virtually nothing was as described or expected. ANY other place will be a better choice.

D	Domingo Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is really deficient. The waitresses took about 10 min to come to our table, we ordered some drinks and took 20 min more to be delivered to us, and besides they don't even know what products they sell.

Unmelted cheese in the 20 Euro Tosties mistakenly called a croque monsieur, weirdly tasting burger, cold fries. Please avoid this sadness. This place should not be open for business. Close down, train your staff, hire a cook, reduce the menu to 2-3 things he can actually handle preparing. It shocking you weren’t ashamed to charge us for this failure of a meal or service. And don’t get me started on the state of the bathroom. Broken, dark, missing soap, cold water.
C	Charlie T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to even get the food and 20 minutes to get drinks! The salads were underdressed, and the burger patty was boiled instead of grilled. The croque monsieur… the cheese was cold and rubbery and the toast was cold as well. Our fries came cold and the croque monsieur came with eggs when asked not to. The bathroom had no light and a broken toilet seat with not closing doors! Do not come here, the service and cleanliness of the restaurant was awful!

The burger we received was cooked strangely and had an unusual taste and texture. The croque monsieur was terrible- the cheese wasn’t melted, the bread wasn’t warm, and it wasn’t a proper croque monsieur, by definition. The salad was barely dressed, the fries were cold. The food was terrible and overpriced. Additionally, we ordered 2 croque Monsieur's and received only one correctly but the other was with eggs (which we did not order). The bathroom was unclean, a door that wouldn’t close, had no lights, and had a missing toilet seat. Overall a too-long, terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

First we were seated at a table that was so close to another table, that we were practically sitting together with them. Having a conversation with my girlfriend was a bit weird with this other random couple talking the same language so close by. After waiting for maybe five minutes, just to get some menus we were able to get another table with a bit more privacy. Here we sat waiting again for what felt like an eternity before our order could be placed. Although we went in with the intention of getting dinner, my girlfriend and I both settled on some hot chocolate since we felt the service was lackluster and the music too loud. While the hot chocolate was nice enough, hence the two stars instead of one, no waiter ever looked at our table again. Long after finishing our drinks, I had to get up and ask the waiter, who had served us and had spent the last five minutes or so loitering, for the bill. Hopefully, this was just an unfortunate visit and not the standard.
