Au fil des séances, sous sa direction attentive et bienveillante, la pratique vous transporte vers vos rivages inexplorés dans la joie et la bonne humeur.
A ce jour cette pratique me semble nécessaire voire vitale au maintien de l'équilibre de mon être tout entier.

Диапазон практик, от введения в йогу для начинающих, до супер сложных и динамичных флоу для продвинутого уровня.
