Commande d'un screen (toile opacitate) début juin délais prévu 4 semaines. On nous la promet pour début juillet, puis pour mi-juillet, fin-juillet, mi-aout au plus tard. Nous somme le 15 septembre, l'installation était prévue entre midi et 14h. A 14h15, je téléphone pour savoir ce qui se passe. Et à 15h, on me rappelle pour m'annoncer qu'ils ne savent pas venir suite à des soucis sur le chantier précédent. Installation reportée au 25 septembre, soit presque 3 mois de retard.... si tout va bien car l'installation étant prévue pour l'après-midi, il y a le risque d'un soucis sur le chantier précedent. C'est une honte !!! A few years ago I had the motor of an awning replaced and everything went well but now the situation is different. Order of a screen (opacitate canvas) at the beginning of June expected deadline 4 weeks. We are promised it for early July, then for mid-July, late-July, mid-August at the latest. We are on September 15, the installation was scheduled between noon and 2 p.m. At 2.15 p.m., I phone to find out what's going on. And at 3 p.m., I am called back to tell me that they do not know how to come due to problems on the previous site. Installation postponed to September 25, almost 3 months late .... if all goes well because the installation is scheduled for the afternoon, there is the risk of a problem on the previous site. It's a shame !!!

Ensuite ils sont venu prendre les mesures chez nous pour nous faire une offre de prix. Et enfin le placement professionnel .En résumé très bon conseil et très bon contacte malgré la pandémie.
