Ondanks het slechte weer toch een zeer geslaagd weekend meegemaakt.

The home-smoked salmon was super tasty!

Great restaurant, quiet location. Always fresh products and very tasty. The staff also makes you feel welcome. We like to get rid of the sea for this. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the restaurant: We showed up late on a Tuesday and most places were closed. The gentleman closing the restaurant next door recommended this restaurant since he just closed and I'm very glad he did! The owner/chef and his wife who helped us were more than welcoming and spoke to us in English. The food was amazing and when I finished my first portion of steak the chef came out with the rest of the steak he had prepared and proceeded to try to give me more! It was so good the first round I took more. I had to ask him how it was prepared to which he explained it was beef from Normandy aged 2 weeks before butchered (after it was gutted and cleaned), then he aged it another 2 weeks before cooking it for his patrons. After our meal the owner came out and talked with us while we drank our Irish coffee until late into the night. GREAT food, clean and inviting restaurant and really friendly people. Thanks for the memories Hans!
