Elle a remué ciel et terre pour remettre la main sur un bijour que j'avais offert à mon ami, elle m'a prise par la main et m'a rassurée, m'a promis de déposer mes fleurs sur la tombe de mon ami après la mise en terre.. Je recommande, vraiment.
Following a very painful loss, the professionalism as well as the familiarity of the lady comforted me. She moved heaven and earth to get hold of a bijour that I had offered to my friend, she took me by the hand and reassured me, promised to lay my flowers on my friend's grave after planting .. I recommend, really.
