β β β β β Zeer teleurgesteld, ik heb een kettingzaag gekocht na een halve dag de kettingzaag van STIHL (duur machine dus) gebruikt te hebben was ze stuk! Nu moet ik wachten tot de onderdelen toekomen en dus mijn klanten als zelfstandige deze week verplaatsen. Voor deze prijs had ik toch op zen minst verwacht dat ik een nieuwe kreeg (als er naar de datum van verkoop gekeken was, dan hadden ze gezien dat dit machine juist aangekocht was) dus een nieuwe was eigenlijk geen overbodige service.
 Very disappointed, I bought a chainsaw after using the STIHL chainsaw (expensive machine) for half a day, it was broken! Now I have to wait for the parts to arrive and therefore move my self-employed customers this week. For this price I would have at least expected to get a new one (if the date of sale had been looked at, they would have seen that this machine had just been purchased) so a new one was actually not a superfluous service.

β β β β β A pity that the manager has such a short fuse and doesn't seem to understand the concept of basic client friendliness. He acts as if he is doing one a favor by selling a machine worth tens of thousands of euro's and, even more so, if afterwards a repair must be carried out. A real pity, as said, because the mechanics are quite the opposite and take the time to explain things is they are allowed to do so by the manager, which unfortunately is not often. Last time I tried to reach the man, he simply threw down the phone at me, because he got frustrated at not grasping the problem I tried to explain to him. A place to be avoided.
