★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gereserveerd via mail wat uitdrukkelijk gezegd werd maar toen ik aankwam werd mijn naam « niet gevonden ». Kamers zijn mooi maar koud en dus niet aangenaam om er te blijven. Bij het vertrek werd niet eens een vaarwel/tot ziens gezegd. Onprofessioneel.
Reserved via e-mail which was explicitly said but when I arrived my name was "not found". Rooms are nice but cold and therefore not pleasant to stay. At the departure, not even a goodbye / goodbye was said. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hadden gereserveerd voor een luxe kamer en bij aankomst was de luxekamer aan iemand anders gegeven en konden ze enkel een kamer met bed bieden.
Had booked a deluxe room and upon arrival the deluxe room was given to someone else and they could only offer a room with a bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ster is nog teveel. Kamer was gereserveerd maar vonden mijn reservatie niet. Bij aankomst geen goeiendag. Enkel voorbij lopen met bakken drank dat wel. Kamers zijn niet kraaknet, zeker de lavabo's niet.
1 star is still too much. Room was reserved but did not find my reservation. No good day on arrival. Just pass by with tubs of drink though. Rooms are not immaculate, especially the sinks.

Gereserveerd een maand op voorhand. Voor een luxe kamer op Valentijn. Bij aankomst hoor ik dat ik geen kamer meer heb met een bubbelbad enkel een bed. Ik had duidelijk gevraagd voor een bubbelbad. Jammer ...
plus nog eens zeer onbeleefd de dame achter de receptie ja sorry wij kunnen u reservatie niet 100% garanderen. Waarom dan reserveren?
