E	Erwin Siweris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a small co-ownership and were four years with TREVI and it was a nightmare after a rather good start in the first year. The responsible persons changed several times and the responses to our requests were at a certain moment just stopped by them. Also invoices were either not paid at all, paid with delays and even a invoice was paid without any justification. We still suffer today from their lacking or wrong advice concerning guarantee on building matters! Update: We were lately client of Chatelain Delcour Syndic which was however bought by Trevi last year. The service with Chatelain Delcour was rather average, but after Trevi came it, it was as bad as when we left more than 3 years ago, we thus had do decide to change! Still, even the final balance of our small co-ownership and the dechargement for end 2020, Trevi wasn't able to do correctly. Worse, they refused to correct the errors, instead letting us know they were not anymore responsible! Again, a strong warning to all - and I wonder why Google does not delete the many 5 Stars evaluations posted one year ago from people that do not have any history!

And from the moment they knew we were changing syndic, they started charging us for ridiculous things. Don't be fooled by their responses here. We sent emails complaining to management, and they didn't even bother to reply. I would not work with them even if they were free. To avoid at all costs.
V	Valentin Dupouey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sum up all the bad comments you see here...and that's what I think about them. Their inefficient and incompetency to manage any new problems is borderlining with fraud. If you are looking for a new syndic, avoid them. Period.

D	David Seffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think an average of 2.7 at the time of writing is too much honor for Trevi. They take a very passive attitude in how they manage buildings and in their communication. The people in charge of your building rarely manage to stay with Trevi for more than a year.

After one year, Trevi notified the co-owners that they wanted to unilaterally terminate our contract, due to "the lack of manpower". In the previous months, they simply dropped the ball: no more general assemblies, no more taking care of the accounts and payments, no answers to our calls. A total disaster and a disgrace.
