When I texted her to ask when she will be arriving, she texted me back informing me that she "totally forgot to tell me that the apartment is not available anymore"... Mind you, the visit was on a Sunday morning. Unprofessional!!!

They barely respond to the emails, and when they do, be careful, the information provided is not always correct. Trevi also struggles to keep up with their legal obligations as a syndic. It is nearly impossible to get access to our property accounting, they do not send the minutes of the general meeting under 30 days. They do not apply the decision from previous general meeting. If you are thinking about doing business with them, there are a dozen others that will do a better job at a lower cost.

Countless emails & appointments but still I cannot heat properly. What a mess of an agency & incompetent sharks that are after your money but do nothing N -A - D -A in return. If I could only get out of my contract but I have to stay and rot here for another two winters - if hell freezes over it feels like Trevi

He has waisted more than a month to confirm the apartment and at the end has replied saying the owner is selling the apartment. Pathetic service and response. I wanted to give 0 stars

H	Henry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of service. We rent an appartement managed by Trevi for the owner. They don't respond to our emails and calls. Our case was handled by a manager, Justin, who quit. We didn't get any notice. It's only because we call every week to get some news that we were told. Our case was taken on the fly by another incompetent, Dambrot. She promised to get the appartment fixed (no frigde, no washing mashing working), but we never had any news. After 2 months, we called and were told she quit. Our cases wasn't assagnied to anyone. It's a nightmare. If we don't call to make them work on our case, we wouldn't have any sort of information of news.

They promised to intervene to solve problems and after three months and dozens of emails they still haven't done it. Very diligent when they have to close a contract but non-existent to intervene to respond to the legitimate needs of tenants.
