★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La personne ne s'est pas présenté au rdv pour la visite de l'appartement. Je lui téléphone, elle nous dit qu'elle a oublié le rdv et que les appartements sont sous option maintenant. Entre malhonnêteté, malentendus et incompétence, je ne sais pas choisir pour décrire ma mauvaise expérience. On avait fait 1h30 de route aller-retour pour visiter l'appart en plus et on nous propose aucune alternative. Conseil : confirmer toujours pas écrit vos rdvs avec cette agence.
The person did not show up for the appointment to visit the apartment. I phone her, she tells us that she forgot the appointment and that the apartments are under option now. Between dishonesty, misunderstandings and incompetence, I don't know how to choose to describe my bad experience. We had made a return trip for an hour and a half to visit the apartment and we were offered no alternative. Advice: still not confirm your appointments with this agency in writing.
