Er wordt heen en weer gemaild (steeds 2 weken wachten voor je een reactie krijgt) en daarna telefonisch bevestigd dat de datum vast ligt en de offerte via mail volgt omdat het momenteel wat druk is. Een week na deze telefoon krijgen we een mailtje dat het wegens drukte toch niet haalbaar is voor de firma. Zeer onprofessioneel!
One year before our wedding, we contact this company. We email back and forth (always wait 2 weeks before you get a response) and then confirm by telephone that the date has been set and the quote will follow by email because it is currently a bit busy. A week after this phone call we receive an email that it is not feasible for the company due to crowds. Very unprofessional!
