★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clients depuis 30 à la Villa Lorraine, nous avions misé l'entiereté de notre organisatiopn du repas de reveillon de Noël sur notre fournisseur habituel, mais alors que leur date limite de reservation de commande annoncée sur leur site internet n'est pas encore atteinte, ils nous annoncent à 2 jours de l'évènement qu'ils ne peuvent pas prendre notre commande. Enorme désillussion, d'autant que nous leur avons donnés la chance par téléphone de se récupérer mais ils n'ont rien voulu entendre.... Honteux pour une maison aussi chère!
 Customers for 30 at Villa Lorraine, we had bet the entire organization of our Christmas Eve meal on our usual supplier, but while their order reservation deadline announced on their website has not yet been reached, they tell us 2 days before the event that they cannot take our order. Huge disillusionment, especially since we gave them the chance by phone to recover but they did not want to hear anything .... Shameful for such an expensive house!
