Ne vous faites surtout pas avoir par cet établissement sans scrupules qui n'est la que pour encaisser votre argent et rien d'autre . au niveau du secrétariat c'est catastrophique, manque de communication sur les démarches administratif, aucune aide .

Do not be fooled by this unscrupulous establishment which is only there to collect your money and nothing else. at the secretariat level it's catastrophic, lack of communication on administrative procedures, no help.
