 Good service, just a little dry. Due to Corona no coffee available, but the car is tiptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communicatie kon jammer genoeg iets beter. Zowel bij onderhoud als interventie onduidelijkheid gehad. Wagen afgegeven voor onderhoud maar was tussen de mazen van het net beland tijdens de middag en dus niet onderhouden. De wagen kreeg vervolgens problemen met batterij 1 week na verstrijken garantie. Hier was voorheen reeds een probleem vastgesteld maar toen werd deze niet uitgelezen, anders had dit vroeger kunnen vervangen worden. Bij ontvangen factuur inconsistentie (50%) in forfaitprijs van dépannage in vergelijking met die van een half jaar ervoor.
Misschien uitzonderingen op de regel, maar wel jammer. Vriendelijk was men wel.
Unfortunately communication could be a bit better. There was a lack of clarity in both maintenance and intervention. The vehicle was issued for maintenance but ended up in the net during the afternoon and was therefore not maintained. The car then had battery problems 1 week after the expiry of the warranty. A problem had already been identified here, but then it was not read, otherwise it could have been replaced earlier. In the event of an invoice received, inconsistency (50%) in the fixed price of depannage compared to that of six months before.
Maybe exceptions to the rule, but a pity. They were friendly.

Bring the car here to take care of, good service is friendly. Waiting for children to have toys, milk coffee, books, newspapers, free wifi. The toilet is clean.
