He waited for 30 minutes because he did not know where the book was and in the end he told me that there were 1 left, there were no more!

On me réclame un livre que j'ai déjà remis il y a 2 mois et menace d'avoir les huissiers ! honnêtement c'est complètement fou.
Car le livre a été mal scanné ou autre chose mais en tout cas, je ne sais rendre un livre que je n'ai pas ! Génial le principe de louer des livres mais quand le boulot n'est pas fait correctement, le client en prend plein la face.
Ca m'a clairement dissuadé d'aller à la bibliothèque. Je n'y mettrai plus un pied.
Bad experience and every time I try to contact them, it's closed or busy! No response by email.
They ask me for a book that I already handed over 2 months ago and threatens to have ushers! honestly it's completely crazy.
Because the book was badly scanned or something else but in any case, I cannot return a book that I don't have! Great the principle of renting books but when the job is not done properly, the customer takes full face.
It clearly dissuaded me from going to the library. I will not set foot there again.
