Michael is very professional, flexible with times, always tries to adapt to our needs and tries making everyone satisfied.
Also very friendly person, funny, makes the best out of each lesson.
The trainings are always adapted to personal needs and rythm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the privilege to work out with Michael (the owner of Tothum) both in private and group classes. The sessions are genuinely fun, while also being really good exercise, allowing you to train parts of your body that you wouldn’t normally train. This is as Michael has taken inspiration from a wide range of different types of exercise to put together his own programme, with exercises focused on flexibility and movement that are playful yet challenging (in a good way). Taking part in his classes has given me new perspectives on exercise, and I have incorporated elements of Michael’s routine into my own training as well. I left every session feeling energised (despite having really challenged my body), not only thanks to Michael’s exercises, but also thanks to the energy he himself brings to class. Fully fluent in English, French and Dutch, he is super-positive and considerate of his clients, adapting the exercises to their level, while always up for cracking jokes. I can thoroughly recommend exercising with Michael!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is one word which can describe the approach Michael has for his clients, that would be flexible. He doesn’t expect you to adapt to him, but instead adapts his approach in a way which is suitable for you. Due to this flexible approach, sessions become fun instead of a boring work out.
The sessions consist of various circuits which help you work through all your muscles, also your face muscles because you are basically laughing 99.9% of the time. Since you are part of a group, there is this really nice atmosphere of team spirit.
I personally have enjoyed a lot by training with Michael. His positive attitude has helped me understand the importance of movement and how we can use it for strengthening our overall body posture. His support goes beyond the classes as he is always open to helping out if you have a questions regarding something. I also enjoy doing the exercises at home as well. Overall, these exercises have helped me build muscle and contribute to my overall weight loss of 10 kilos in 3 months. Furthermore, due to these sessions, I have grown a key interest in body balance. If you see a weirdo in the Brussels metro, trying to balance himself on one leg while reading his book, that would probably me. So thank you for that Michael!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the lockdown I was looking to connect with cheerful people through movement and fun. When I first saw Michaël's webpage, I immediately felt this would be it. During my first 3 outdoor "move and play" sessions I felt intensely alive and joyful. My body went with the flow, felt a bit challenged and was also very relaxed and energised at the end. What I most like about the session is the playful energy that makes me feel as a child again while we learn new skills and strengthen our muscles. I also enjoy the connection with the group and the beautiful nature, the fresh air. Michaël's approach is very inclusive and professional. I recommend his sessions to everyone who wants to do sport in a fun way.

Working out with Michael is one of the best parts of my week. He is enthusiastic, motivating, and knowledgeable. He is making the sessions fun and challenging at the same time and full of positive vibes. He has created this nice warm and welcoming community that I was looking for and the fact that the sessions are taking place outdoors is really making a difference. It is for sure totally different from the usual gym classes, so if you are looking to spice up your work out routine give it a try!

I was looking for something different of the normal and conventional workout exercises as well as taking place outdoors. Michael was a perfect match! His charisma and commitment towards his work and clients’ needs and turning all sessions as challenging as fun are a key point for my engagement and well-being.
Having natural movement and self-care as the basis during all workouts, he puts me in a position of feeling engaged and comfortable on trying new and challenging body and mind activities, building my strength and flexibility.
I totally recommend his PT sessions (as a dedicated and personalized approach), his group classes (for a fun and community spirit time spending) and bouldering coaching (for challenging and mind open activities).
