★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg jammer dat er aan de telefoon informatie wordt gegeven die dan niet lijkt te kloppen als je in de winkel aan komt. Busrit voor piet snot gedaan. Kwestie nieuwe klantenbinding is dit zeker geen opsteker.
