★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible store. Bought 2 fancy rats from them 2 weeks ago, they let me walk out without giving me any information or making sure I knew how to care for them. Turns out the two rats were sick and one died within 2 weeks of buying them, the other is hanging in there for now. Resorted to Tom & co because its hard to find pet rats elsewhere, never buying there again. Shame they treat living creatures exactly the same as the accessories they sell.. Tiny cages with little to no enrichment. Also saw 2 dead fish in their tanks while i was walking around. Certainly do not recommend leaving money in their stores. Unfriendly personnel who was a bit brutal when taking the rats out of the cage for me as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop - it has a good assortment of products for companion animals. I bought a traveling bag for my dog to travel on the airplane cabinet with us. They have also some small animals like fishes, bunnys, mice, guinea pigs, turtles and I think reptiles or spiders. There's food, hygiene products, and lots of things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service… I got wounded from falling from a bike on my way there (clumsy me…) and people from Tom en Co even helped me cleaning my wound … that’s something I would never expect from a pet shop and I deeply appreciated that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't comment on other animals, I am interested in fish. Fish are kept in small crowded tanks. Many of them sick, even dying fish laying upside down at the bottom. The worst thing is that, when asked, employees say that it is NORMAL... I definitely don't recommend buying any fish nor supporting the shop in any other ways.
