They ask you to come 15 min earlier and to not be late and then you end up waiting for your appointment more than one hour. Why did I pay for exact slot if it doesn't matter, they will deal with you whenever they want. Totally inconvenient for people that work. And humiliating experience. UPDATE: the passport was sent back to me via DHL and email says this is the tracking number: . How am I supposed to track it if there is no number? The worst service ever. UPDATE 2: They provided me the tracking number after complaint and guess what? The number is WRONG, so I still can't track my passport. What a joke.

Hello I have submitted a UKVI visitor visa with the reference number GWF062781198 on the 3rd of December 2021 and is 90 days now. Please i didn’t hear any decision about the visa and my passport and I need to travel to Africa early next month so please can you people help me to get my passport back course am really stressful and frustrated.

Very expensive and bad service. I paid 70 euro and spent half a day to just submit my application. I was early for my appointment but was still made to wait for more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. Half way through the waiting time they collected all our passports and we were made to wait to be called out. On the website I can "track" my application, which is only just an overview of the steps that it goes through and no dates or anything else. Now the step "Biometric enrolment done" is on red and it's already been two weeks since I applied for the visa. There is no way of contacting them at all and there is no way for me to find out what this step means and why it is in red. I am disappointed and I am worried i won't be able to travel.

They give an option to keep your own passport while your VISA request is being processed (for a 100 EUR extra charge). The default alternative is they keep your passport and send it back to you via DHL once the process is done (minimum 3 weeks duration). The fact that the easier/more user friendly alternative has to be paid suggests this has nothing to do with the technicalities of the request, but merely a leveraging of the requester's weaker position. Considering the frequently reported delays in delivery of passports, this effectively restricts the applicant's mobility within this period. Definitely a purposeful bureaucratic barrier towards going to the UK.

I would like to thank the staff during my application process.They have always been there to answer my questions and make me feel at ease throughout the process. The process was on time and the staff were very kind. I would also like to add that I have and will continue to recommend TLS Brussels to others.

Firstly, I commend the location of TLScontact. It's straightforward to locate for a first time visitor on an appointment. And the services are well organised and structured with a friendly environment. I enjoyed the service because I didn't waste time waiting for my turn and the staff had good communication skills.

Was kind of worried after reading all the negative reviews on here, but had a very positive experience submitting my biometrics. I did not have to wait for my appointment at all, in fact I was done earlier than my original appointment time (you have to arrive 15 mins early), and everyone was kind and helpful. Most of the complaints on here are due to the extensive waiting times for visas (going well over the deadline), but it is important to note that that's in UKVI's hands, not TLS'.
