I buy a lot of collectable watches and was pleased to find a lovely Cartier from my wife's birth year on the Chrono24 page. From the start they gave me exceptional service: explained the watch's origins and its condition. After placing the order they had it sent to me within a week: they shipped it professionally and safely.
Unfortunately, my wife broke the crown off the watch on her first wear. This was where Time Line's exceptional service really came through. I returned the watch to them for repair and not only did they service it to perfection they also helped me to mitigate exceptional circumstances in customs and managed the Belgian Post who were on strike at the time to ensure that the watch was safe and accounted for on its journey to them.
Time Line went above and beyond to help me and gave me an incredible level of customer service. I have already notified them of the watches I am looking for next and I hope that I can buy from them exclusively in the future. I highly recommend speaking with them or checking out their listings on Chrono24.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stupidly purchased a rolex watch on impulse, it was not accompanied with the official papers but was told I would get a guarantee of authenticity from the store. Returned to their store 3 times, to only get informed that their invoice is the guarantee. Asked to still receive a seperate paper guarantee in case I wish to resell, but that wasn’t possible. On top of all that, paid at least 900€ over market price for that watch without original papers. Completely my own fault.
