★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy little store and has a relative large collection. Minus 2 stars because of the poor service. It's not that they are unfriendly, but certainly not friendly at all. They just didn't care whether or not I found a pair of shoes I liked.
And I also hate it when store staff just lies. I only found size 40 as smallest size for men shoes. I asked if they had smaller ones. A short "no". Then I asked if Timberland has smaller sizes. Again a short "no" followed with a laughing "yeah in the kids collection". I just checked the website and guess what, they do have smaller sizes...
Reaction on reply owner: Black Friday is really a bad excuse. There were only 2 other people in the store and only one of the two salesmen was busy. I hope you will change your mindset about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly guy working in here 10/11/2021. It was so bad I decided not to buy a pair of shoes that I actually really liked. I felt like disturbing him just by being there. Apparently he had better things to do than his actual job.
