★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze middag om 13u gebeld, omdat hij een van de weinige dokters was die eventueel kon helpen, met het probleem dat mijn incisie van mijn operatie mij zorgen maakte. In plaats van meteen zorg te bieden kreeg ik op een onbeschofte manier te horen 'en waarom hebt ge niet vroeger gebeld? tis wel al 13uur he!'. Ik heb het gesprek beëindigd. Dit is geen manier van omgaan met patiënten. Vertrouwen volledig kwijt. 0/10
Called this afternoon at 1pm as he was one of the few doctors who could possibly help with the problem that my incision from my surgery worried me. Instead of providing immediate care, I was told in a rude way, 'and why didn't you call earlier? It's already 13 hours, isn't it! '. I have ended the call. This is not a way of dealing with patients. Completely lost confidence. 0/10
