★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor dat het huis gebouwd wordt super service, maar zodra huis is opgeleverd en je hebt service nodig voor reparaties, mag je wel minimaal 3 maanden wachten voordat ze langskomen. Daarna moet je ook geluk hebben dat ze met het juiste onderdeel komen.
Je kunt blijven bellen met het algemeen nummer maar je komt nooit verder dan de helpdesk en je mag hopen dat jouw bericht terecht komt bij de technische afdeling.
Na service is niet eens een ster waard!
 There is super service before the house is built, but once the house is completed and you need service for repairs, you can wait at least 3 months before they come by. Then you have to be lucky that they come up with the right part.
You can continue to call the general number but you will never get further than the helpdesk and you can hope that your message will reach the technical department.
After service is not even worth a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le showroom Thomas & Piron est bien organisé. Même si tout est fait pour pousser à la vente. C'est un peu loin pour nous, ce qui fait qu'on est obligé de s'y rendre le samedi et le showroom ferme alors à 17h. On a trouvé certains prix surfait.
The Thomas & Piron showroom is well organized. Even if everything is done to push the sale. It's a bit far for us, which means that we have to go there on Saturdays and the showroom then closes at 5 p.m. We found some prices to be overdone.
