Zijn enkel geïnteresseerd in het geld in je zakken. (350 EUR voor een xenonlamp , terwijl je ze kan aankopen aan 90 EUR, ik mocht dan nog blij zijn volgens hun met een klantenkorting van 25 euro)
Service thick zero. Communication to the customer is poor.
Are only interested in the money in your pockets. (350 EUR for a xenon lamp, while you can buy them at 90 EUR, I would still be happy according to them with a customer discount of 25 euros)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait 6h de route jusque chez Thoen pour venir chercher notre voiture, car les garages du groupe MyWay près de chez nous ne souhaitaient pas rapatrier le véhicule, ou nous imposaient un coût exorbitant ...
La communication s'est très bien passée, sur place nous avons été reçus très chaleureusement et on a répondu à toutes nos questions. J'ai pu observer la voiture aussi longtemps que je le souhaitais, et on m'a aussi proposé un test.
Le geste en + : quand nous sommes revenus pour chercher la voiture, sachant que nous venions de loin ils nous ont laissé suffisamment de carburant pour rentrer. Vraiment très appréciable !
Encore merci pour tout, nous sommes ravis !
We drove 6 hours to Thoen to pick up our car, because the MyWay group garages near us did not want to repatriate the vehicle, or imposed an exorbitant cost on us ...
The communication went very well, on site we were received very warmly and all our questions were answered. I was able to observe the car for as long as I wanted, and I was also offered a test.
The extra gesture: when we came back to pick up the car, knowing that we were coming from far away, they left us enough fuel to go home. Really very much appreciated!

Gelukkig bij garage Mertens wel geholpen en een bestelbon kunnen tekenen .
A few minutes back outside (don't feel welcome here), didn't want to make a quote
Fortunately, Mertens helped and was able to sign an order form.
