★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerste en laatste ervaring. Was verschrikkelijk om hem onbeleefd en bazig te zien omgaan met een 8 jarig kind dat net een zware val had gemaakt en hulp nodig had. Heeft welgeteld 1 minuut moeite gedaan zonder 1 woord uitleg naar mijn kind dat niet wist wat er ging gebeuren dus bang werd van hem. Zei dat hij overwerkt was en brulde tegen mijn kind. Verschrikkelijk gewoon
First and last experience. Was appalling to see him being rude and bossy with an 8 year old who just had a bad fall and needed help. Did exactly 1 minute of effort without 1 word of explanation to my child who did not know what was going to happen so was afraid of him. Said he was overworked and yelled at my kid. just awful
