★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, the deep massage was very well done. The organisation was a bit unprofessional though, we waited for more than half an hour, the girls were gossiping about other colleagues in front of us,.. Appreciate the fact that they do pregnancy massages, but I've been to better places.

I arrived 10 minutes early for a massage waited 40 minutes (they were 30 minutes late; do not value the time of their customers at all but expect them to arrive early) and was then told the online booking system did not register my booking and had to prove the existence of my booking with a confirmation email.
The entire situation was extremely uncomfortable to deal with and to be forced to make managerial decisions for their company is ridiculous. As a costumer arriving for a massage I should not be the person that has to make an employee stay longer and work longer because their manager did not consider their shift when making their schedules.
The antistress massage caused me more stress than before I had arrived. And ended up starting a complete hour after scheduling.
Their spa is completely mismanaged with an absolute disregard for the time of their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. I had a full bodymassage and I didn't want to go home. I'm staying in Antwerp for a few weeks. As a tourist or as a local you really should visit this place. Your not just a number finally!!! They are so nice . It's not just another wellness I love it. Thanks to the girls for the experience and as promised I will be back before I go back to the UK.
