★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful and friendly staff, you can ask them any question and they'll do their best to help you. Have a wide range of juices and are working on expanding their inventory. Also possible to get large volumes of juice and use a nicotine shot to get it to the strength you want, they will do this for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety and even greater service! I have been there several times, pending on my moving around. This time went for the purpose - my Aio Pro started to leak. They took 30 min of time to find me the cheapest solution. Unfortunately it was too "old" version and not the best model. So, I decided to buy new one. With their great advice I got new and much better! Great place for beginners and for pros!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't remember the name of the two gents running the store but both of them are commended for their over and above customer service. Being a new vaper they provided me with great advice and recommendations. They seem to have a large and very loyal clientele. And they provide assistance in several languages. Thankfully one of them is English because my french is not particularly good.
Highly recommended.

I have been "vaping" for five years now and consequently knew exactly what characteritics I required. The manager, Red, knew exactly what to suggest. My impression is that he and his colleagues know their products very well; they also take the time to explain the intricacies of this subject, which is complex. My impression is that whether you are an old "vaper" such as myself or new to this you will get excellent advice. Also there is no "hard sell". The shop,its products and its service sell themselves. The prices are at the market. I will certainly be using this shop as my sole supplier in Brussels. You will not find better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop, very friendly sellers. Indeed, a bit too friendly, sometimes i wait 15 minutes for my liquid (which takes 10 seconds), because a lonely middle-aged women is flirting with one of them.
Please create a separate queue for people who only want something quick / concrete.
