★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De laatste maanden heel snel achteruit gegaan kwa kwaliteit. Nagels dik opgelegd, prijs is opgeslagen maar minder design is niet mogelijk. Gemaakte afspraken per mail geannulleerd zonder enige uitleg. Eigenares weigert deze te geven. Communicatie is er niet.
Zeer spijtig voor een opkomende zaak, dat eigenaar niet openstaat voor verbetering.
The quality has deteriorated very quickly in recent months. Nails laid on thick, price is saved, but less design is not possible. Appointments made by e-mail canceled without any explanation. Owner refuses to give it. There is no communication.
Very sorry for an emerging business that owner is not open to improvement.
