Lovely space on the first floor - just right for a short stay, felt cosy but luxurious and suitably historic for Ghent.

Great little place. €10-18 taxi fare from the train station. Keep in mind the bathroom is not attached or in the suite. Easy and friendly communication with staff via What's App . Would say again for sure.

This accommodation is fantastic. I have a ground floor apartment with private entrance. Only issue is the boiler in a cupboard creates a pressure surge causing the cupboard door to pop. Bed is amazing.

Room and living room without windows. No AC, is a portable one, no way to cool the rooms and no way any air will flow inside Nice bed in the main Room, no so good the extra bed. Whats is terrible is the bathroom and kitchenette, cause the bathroom is inside the kitchen, it blowed my mind. The floor is greasy,so forget about clean bathroom ambiance but if you like you can brush your teeth while friting an egg

Location is perfect!! My bathroom was very nice however it was not connected to the room so I had to always go down the hallway stairs und then back to my room. The TV wasn't working and they came by and tried to fix it. However they just have Yoda which is an app connected to YouTube which barely works. I wasn't in the room much and didn't need to TV but would still be nice to turn it on to fall asleep.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment. We were three adults and although there was enough space, the apartment is completely impractical as the shower and toilet are in the kitchen and the toilet room isn't even closed up, very strange. Some other negatives: the apartment was clean upon arrival however there were scuff marks all over the apartment, the towel rail was broken, there was only 2 coffee capsules for 3 people for 2 days, the central and underfloor heating was set way to high (and difficult to regulate) and the light switch to our lounge area was located outside the apartment near the central stairs so we had the light going on and off most times other people arrived in the building. On the good side, the location of the apartment is fantastic, Caroline is very helpful (communication was very easy) and the beds are comfortable. I think this accommodation is ok but a little more time and thought needs to be put in to it. Will probably look for alternatives when in the area next time.

Spacious and airy top floor apartment with great king size bed. On the edge of the tourist zone and quite accessible. The kitchen loft opens to a lovely terrace overlooking all the city spires. Small complaints: no place to hang a towel; no cookware other than a large pot; minimal silverware; no closet or clothes storage. Be prepared to haul your luggage up over 60 stairs.

A cosy, well-located hotel in the heart of ghent. Checking in is done with a smooth self check-in with a personal access code. If you have any problems you can always contact the virtual reception who will help you. I really enjoyed my stay.
