★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Service! Ich hatte für meine Kinder zwei metallschippen für an den Strand gekauft. Alle drei sind am ersten Tag im Sand total verbogen und waren defekt. Entweder schlechte Qualität oder ein Materialfehler. Auf jeden Fall wollte ich diese drei schippen umtauschen gehen und es war keine Möglichkeit dass diese zurückgenommen wurden. Ich wurde noch blöd angemacht. Sehr sehr unfreundlich. 16,50 € in die Tonne geworfen. Ich werde dort nie mehr etwas kaufen für diese Unfreundlichkeit würde ich am liebsten 0-sterne bewerten, aber dies ist nicht möglich.
Very bad service! I had bought two metal shovels for the beach for my children. All three were totally bent in the sand on the first day and were defective. Either poor quality or a material defect. In any case, I wanted to exchange these three shovels and there was no way that these were taken back. I was turned on stupidly. Very, very unfriendly. € 16.50 thrown in the bin. I will never buy anything there again. For this rudeness I would like to rate 0 stars, but this is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying in this shop for the last 4 years and I have to say that until today evening was fine. Unfortunately today I waned to return some gears I bought yesterday and the staff (shop owner) was very unfriendly. I was there with my little daughter and at some point the owner started to shaut at me that I cannot return things. Very unpleasant experience. I am very disappointed because I liked this shop.
