★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a quick update with the Pandemic, it is frequent to have the lounge closed without notice leaving you alone. Removed two stars due to this. When opened the rest of the advice remains valid.
The Thalys Lounge is well equipped with electric plugs, Wi-Fi access, free coffee, free water including sparkling water, and even orange juice and small pastries in the mornings. If you are travelling at least from time to time using Thalys then you can get access with your Loyalty card and ticket (or even without a ticket if you travel often enough). Very good value and a differentiator for me to keep selecting Thalys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of a tiny venue. Lacks comfortable seats. Very poor amenities, food and drinks. Only one welcoming steward. He could seems really annoyed when it comes to giving information about train delays when there is a significant delay issue like tonight...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was only biscuits and coffee (you need to pay for it and it shows $0 credit). No other food or drinks. The front desk wasn’t welcoming either. I do not recommend coming here since it is also out of the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok for a quick stopover before your Thalys, for a cup of water or coffee and free WiFi. Nothing fancy but better than waiting at the train station. The lounge was clean and only a handful of other passengers were present when I visited. There's also a free printer service to print out your train ticket should you need to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its practical lounge to have a quick bite before taking your thalys train . Nothing fancy . U can recharge your phone and print your train tickets for free . A cup of hot coffee while waiting and some cookies . Menu is fine with beverages and quick bites , pastries , simple meals . We took thalys from gare du nord , it was punctual with comfortable seating . The ride was smooth
