Thai by Sanito is so much more than just a restaurant. Thai by Sanito is a restaurant with a feelgood vibe where my passion for Thai cuisine and desire to please my guests inspired me to create a luxury yet casual ambiance and dining experience which is the foundation of an unforgettable night out.
When my close friend and mentor Roger passed away I realised it was time to chase my own dreams as a tribute to him and our friendship, and now that dream has come true. At Thai by Sanito everyone can enjoy Thai cuisine in a tasteful contemporary décor with a trendy nightlife atmosphere.
Destiny
What is meant to be will always find its way… From the initial idea to opening my own restaurant and searching for a location until the final touch-ups for the grand opening, I feel this was meant to be. Some things don’t happen by accident, they happen for a reason and tell you to move on and choose your path.
Both me and Thai by Sanito are like a butterfly, many stages of developing made me spread my wings and emerge like a butterfly, the colourful symbol that inspired me to pursue my dream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig ingericht restaurant. Grote klasse. Als Thailand bezoekers waren we onder de indruk van de authentieke smaak van de verschillende gerechten. Een streling voor oog en tong.
 Beautifully decorated restaurant. Great class. As Thailand visitors we were impressed by the authentic taste of the various dishes. A feast for the eyes and tongue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk gegeten bij ThaiBySanito. Erg kwalitatief, verfijnd en puur Thais eten in een modern en sfeervol kader. Combineer dat met een vlotte, aangename en gemeend vriendelijke bediening en het plaatje klopt helemaal. Prijs/kwaliteit een voltreffer. Wij komen heel graag terug. Antwerpen kon iets zoals deze zaak zeker gebruiken.
Delicious eaten at ThaiBySanito. Very high-quality, refined and pure Thai food in a modern and attractive setting. Combine that with a smooth, pleasant and genuinely friendly service and the picture is just right. Price/quality a direct hit. We would love to come back. Antwerp could certainly use something like this case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op basis van de goede review scores hier hadden we meer verwacht van Thai by Sanito. Wij zaten achterin bij het raam en hadden heel de avond koud. Niet alle medewerkers waren altijd even professioneel. Het eten kwam veel te snel. Al het eten en drinken was wel ontzettend lekker... De cocktails zijn hier "next level" - op het niveau van een cocktail bar. Mijn tom yam soep -met royale gambas- was heerlijk maar niet pittig genoeg. De thaise steak tartaar was perfect - daar zou ik speciaal voor terug komen. Het was wel even schrikken toen we de rekening kregen: 195 EUR voor 2 personen! Drank en gerechten zijn erg prijzig. Wanneer we wat extra rijst of dipsaus vroegen werd dat blijkbaar mee aangerekend... Uitzonderlijk lekker eten maar de totaalervaring klopte jammer genoeg niet voor ons. Al bij al te prijzig.
Based on the good review scores here, we expected more from Thai by Sanito. We sat in the back by the window and were cold all night. Not all employees were always equally professional. The food came way too fast. All the food and drinks were very tasty... The cocktails here are "next level" - at the level of a cocktail bar. My tom yam soup -with generous gambas- was delicious but not spicy enough. The thai steak tartare was perfect - I would come back especially for that. It was a bit of a shock when we got the bill: 195 EUR for 2 people! Drinks and dishes are very pricey. When we asked for some extra rice or dipping sauce, that was apparently included in the bill... Exceptionally good food, but the overall experience was unfortunately not right for us. All in all too pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice cocktails to kick off. Very nice, qualitative modern Thai food. And beautifully decorated, looks even far more expensive than it really is.
Excellent friendly service.
Only downside is that things took a bit of time even though the restaurant was as good as empty. Not sure what it would give it they were full ...
