Friendly, helpful. The only thing ,,,, the sandwiches are prepared without putting on gloves. Not allowed.

je n'arrive pas à vous contacter par téléphone depuis plusieurs semaines. J 'ai un problème avec deux paquets livrés chez vous. Vinted à mal indiqué vos coordonnées, je pensais que vous étiez situé à Bruxelles. Je n'ai donc pas pu venir chercher les colis chez vous, trop loin. Normalement les colis devraient être retournés à l'envoyeur après un certain temps, hors ils ont été marqués comme livrés. Je ne comprend pas à qui vous les avez donné ? pourriez-vos me donner un numéro pour vous contacter ? Merci

I haven't been able to contact you by phone for several weeks. I have a problem with two packages delivered to you. Vinted wrongly indicated your contact details, I thought you were located in Brussels. So I was not able to pick up the packages from you, too far away. Normally packages should be returned to sender after a certain period of time, except they have been marked as delivered. I don't understand who you gave them to? could you give me a number to contact you? Thank you
