N	Nino Metreveli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: after leaving this review my case was closed by Testaankoop and marked as "successful" even though we haven't had any outcome whatsoever. Now I can't even communicate to the company via Testaankoop anymore. We have even fighting got 2 years for it and not a single of so many agencies in Belgium has done anything to help us. Left my number several times and nobody has called. My dispute is not resolved. Consumer really has zero right and no voice whatsoever in Belgium.
S	Stergios Vlachopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member for more than a year and I would not recommend it, for 2 reasons: 1) the association uses a subscription approach that is quite aggressive, with a gift (tablet!) and very cheap payments initially, which silently and progressively become substantial amounts over time, they even charge you for some time after you communicate your resiliation, and 2) because the legal help you can get when you do have an issue is superficial and impersonal, in my case there was no identified case handler/lawyer that you or the other party could contact. The company I had a problem with just ignored the 1-2 emails from Tests Achats and nothing happened to them, I would have done the same... I hope there are consumer protection organisations in Belgium more focused on ideals and pro bono support.

The company then gave the same automatic response they had given me before. It was just a waste of time. I don't understand what service they provide.
p	p maxson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked Test-Achats for legal assistance on a case (overcharge by a service provider) more than a year ago and provided all documentation. After several months I asked about the status of my case and T-A asked me to resubmit all documentation. After no word from T-A for several more months, I sent an email to cancel my membership. As I continued to receive invoices, I called T-A and was told that my subscription was not cancelled because T-A had not responded to my email, even though my email was recorded and visible on T-A's own website! Apart from some useful product tests and a nice concept about helping consumers, this organisation needs serious help! Ref. subscriber no. 3317486-86.
