★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough about this hotel. Perfect location, very quiet, beautiful garden. The hotel used to be an old mine so there is a lot of charm and history in this place. The staff is very helpfull and proactive. The decoration is always on point! Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rooms and all nicely decorated! A good hub to start your visits in the region. Good variety in the breakfast buffet and large parking facilities. Outlet village next door and beautiful nature for cycling or running, so you won't be bored!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are roomy, clean and have a luxurious feel. Only one side of the bed had an electrical socket though, so no bedside phone charging for both.
Staff is friendly but also, somehow, a bit stand-offish. I don't know how they do in other languages but their Dutch is rather accented (local dialect), which I didn't expect in a four-star accommodation.
Breakfast is nice, good bread, fresh fruit, some standard heated foodstuffs, etc.
The hotel parking is NOT free for hotel guests, despite the sign at the parking entrance proclaiming "hotel guests only (or 15 EUR per day)". Also, be aware of the tourist tax so it doesn't come as an unpleasant surprise in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, beautiful environment and amazing breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and spacious, with airco and a rainshower. The only disadvantage for us was the price... Breakfast included, we had to pay almost 200 euro for one night... Nevertheless we had an amazing stay ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful place, next to a National Park and a Shopping Outlet.
Locations, Comfort and cleanliness were On Point.
Breakfast is very good, fresh and healthy.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The only negative point was the rubbers from the windows of Room 306 were falling and it disturbed the esthetic side of the gorgeous view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern hotel, located at walking distance from Maasmechelen outlet and right next to the entrance of Hoge Kempen park. Our room at the basement was quite dark, but it did have decent sized windows, so it didn’t bother us too much. Coffee and tea are available in the room. Breakfast is simple, nothing special. There’s little choice of drinks and cocktails at the bar, and a bit expensive, but we did enjoy them. All in all, it’s a really nice option for a weekend away.
