★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persoonlijk heb ik geen vertrouwen in de serieux van dit wervingsbureau. Al blij dat ik niet als artiest bij hen aan de slag zou moeten want dat loopt gegarandeerd mis. Bij mijn interne vacature werd er heel slordig omgesprongen met gegevens . Wat gerek en geleuter .Tot dan uiteindelijk het telefoontje komt van sorry zo laat ,vergeten, etc. Dat dit dan van een interimkantoor komt zegt genoeg. Het laatste telefoontje met de vraag heb je al ooit voor een baas gewerkt ? Zegt uiteraard genoeg ; deze mensen checken geen CV's terdege, ze weten zelfs niet van wie-is-wie.Het standaardmailtje van 'niet weerhouden' stond toch al klaar om 8 uur 's morgens dat liedje dat kennen ze maar al te goed. Cultureel zijn ze wél, ambitieus niet . Dat kan je opmaken uit de foto's op hun website , cliché-typetjes die je eerder bij de ziekenbond zou verwachten. Het niveau waar ze nu staan zullen ze onder dit management nooit overstijgen dat is duidelijk. Veel succes Ritmo Art , ook aan de kunstenaars zonder werk; zoek jullie geluk bij de concurrentie want hier ben je op het verkeerde adres.
 Personally, I have no confidence in the seriousness of this recruitment agency. Glad I shouldn't have to work for them as an artist because that is guaranteed to go wrong. With my internal vacancy, data was handled very carelessly. What rack and drivel.
