★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn mantel gaan binnenbrengen en een datum afgesproken wanneer ik hem kon ophalen. Toen ik mijn jas ging ophalen was ik die zogezegd 'al komen ophalen'. Terwijl dit helemaal niet zo was. Hun verklaring: Er komen vaak mensen binnen zonder ticketje en die geven we dan hun kleren mee. Dit is totaal onacceptabel en gewoon diefstal. Een week is voorbij en ik heb nog steeds niks van hun gehoord, denk ook niet dat ze enige moeite doen om mijn jas terug te vinden.
Ik raad deze droogkuis NIET aan!
De reactie hieronder is trouwens zever aangezien ze me niet terug hebben gecontacteerd en er niks aan hebben gedaan.
Went to bring in my cloak and agreed on a date when I could pick it up. When I went to pick up my coat, I had already come to pick it up. While this was not the case at all. Their explanation: People often come in without a ticket and we give them their clothes. This is totally unacceptable and just theft. A week has passed and I still haven't heard from them, don't think they make any effort to find my jacket.
I do NOT recommend this dry cleaning!
By the way, the response below is a bit of a sham as they haven't contacted me back and haven't done anything about it.
