★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N.a.v. een defect aan mijn GSM nam ik contact op met de Telenetwinkel te Haacht.
Ik werd bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangen door de medewerker Tim.
Het was de bedoeling om het defect door een technicus die een tweetal dagen per week in de Telenetwinkel een ‘zitdag’ had, te laten herstellen.
Dit impliceerde echter dat ik mijn GSM minsten één dag zou moeten missen.
Tim heeft echter zelf het initiatief genomen om het probleem ter plekke op te lossen en is daar ook in geslaagd.
Via deze weg wil ik hem van harte hiervoor bedanken.
 after a defect in my mobile phone, I contacted the Telenet shop in Haacht.
I was received very friendly by the employee Tim.
The intention was to have the defect repaired by a technician who had a 'sitting day' two days a week in the Telenet shop.
However, this implied that I would have to miss my cell phone for at least one day.
However, Tim himself took the initiative to solve the problem on the spot and succeeded in doing so.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to him for this.
