★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to check if they had Telenet Hardware in stock... They said yes... So they just had one Wi-Fi Powerline I needed at least 2 and they had no Switches and no Access Points left... I'm not sure whom to blame but Telenet should better fix this stock problem @ it's so called Telenet Centers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a problem for which they have no solution. I started receiving Telenet two-factor authentication sms messages out of the blue. They are sent from the Telenet service number, but Telenet does not know why or how. They sent me home without explanation, just a "learn to live with it" advice was given. Worst service center ever, they have no expertise, no knowledge, no people skills, ... shame on you! Never ever will I recommend this place to somebody else, in fact, I recommend against it.
