J'espère que toute les personnes qui travaillent dans cette société ne sont pas aussi désagréable avec le clien que la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone ! Car comme il dit "il ne vas pas perdre son temps pour 5 euro" ! Un clien satisfait est un clien qui revient mais je préfère mourir de froid que de devoir recontacter cette société .
Very rude person who totally disrespects! No knowledge spoken with the client! I hope all the people who work in this company are not as rude to customers as the person I had on the phone! Because as he says "he is not going to waste his time for 5 euro"! A satisfied customer is a returning customer, but I would rather freeze to death than have to contact this company again.

Merci pour votre aide lors de l’arrêt de ma chaudière et pour l’entretien de la chaudière. Personne efficace et sympathique, les prix sont correctes et le service-rendu est nickel! (ils sont venus me dépanner le jour-mème ou j’ai eu une panne).

Thank you for your help with shutting down my boiler and servicing the boiler. Efficient and friendly person, the prices are correct and the service rendered is perfect! (they came to help me out the same day I had a breakdown).
