C	Casper de Laat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs!! First of all, the price they quote on the internet is half of what you actually pay once they start adding insurance. The service is absolutely horrible and uninterested, they just let you stand there while the ladies chat to each other or put stamps on letters. Worse is that they tried to give me a car with NO profile on the front tyres. If I hadn't noticed, that would have happily let me drive off with it. The car that I did get was a VW Polo that had clearly been in an accident and made horrible engine noises. The whole thing took me over an hour. For the same price, i could have gotten a proper car, with proper service at any other company. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP INTERNET PRICE! Never again!!
A	Ayaan Gambol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst rental. Don’t get scammed! Customer service is zero. They gave us a car that was dirty and smells cigarette. They kept out gurantee for extra KM while there was no condition in the contract. I don’t know how illimitéd KM becomes limited.
R	RUSHISHIKARA MELANCE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental ever seen in the world, we hired 2 van from them, first of all very dirty, after hiring the vehicles it wa friday one of them did not work for 10 minutes it was dead, they did not have any other vehicle to replace, we had to give back the 2 van coz we wanted to travel as a group, the TC RENT refused to pay back our money until we had to call police still they did not give back the money now we are taking them to court. Very useless company, be careful when going to them don't be chaeted. Mélance.
J	Jesse Bushman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rental experience of my life. We made it 3km with the van and it died, right in Jourdan no less. It had no signals, no safety equipment, a constant beeping the seatbelt alarms didn't work. I knew I should have said no thanks upon seeing this but it was already moving day. After hours to get them to come help get the van, they took it with the contract and said everything will be OK. They took my guarantee immediately, and I could never get it back, without the contract I had no proof. Their vans are garbage and the owners of this business are the human equivalent.
L	Laurent Pignot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental I've ever used. They will try to find any little problem on the car upon returning it to make sure they can make you pay. They're unpleasant, uninformed and the guy who rented me the car smelled like alcohol: clearly had a fun lunch break. Avoid at all costs, you're better off on foot!
E	Enzo Bordonaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember a most terrible experience : I wanted an automatic steering, so without my knowledge, I got a 2008 (made up?) car and I was charged almost 800€ for a week-end. When a tire exploded on the highway and got me dangerously stranded, I called them : "pas ne notre faute, pas à nous d'intervenir". I had to pay for the repairs. I was so sick of it all and came back to Brussels immediately, a day before the end of the rental. No apologies, no sympathy. They even took time to see that I (yes, me) didn't damage the car. Why on earth did I trust those crooks? They just want your money.
H	Hsuan Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. My stepfather was interested to buy a car at this place and paid a deposit of 1000€. At the moment of the purchase, the car didn't look the same as online on their website so my stepfather didn't want the car anymore. He understands that there are some administration costs so he suggested to pay the administration costs and he was even willing to meet the company halfway and just get half of the deposit back but it was impossible to discuss with these people. My stepfather got ripped off because the car online was not the same as in their showroom and he lost 1000€ for it. Btw, my stepfather is a very friendly retired older man, so watch out with these people as they even dare to steal from retired people's pension.

They made me wait telling me I was early (when it was their clock that was 20minutes too late), then it took 1hour just to get to the van. They tried to make me pay more but when I made a remark they said "oh yeah sorry I didn't notice, let me change that" ofc, then they take you for one of their workers and ask you to go and park the car for them when you hand it back in a few kilometers out... worst rental experience ever. Next time I would rather pay more than be treated as I have been treated.
