★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'aime pas faire ce genre de commentaire mais nous avions réservé un lift pour le dimanche 24 mai 2020, qui a été confirmé quelques jours auparavant. Mais le jour même pas de trace du lift et aucune réaction au téléphone. J'espère sincèrement qu'il n'est rien arrivé de grave mais j'aurais aimé être au moins prévenu d'un empêchement.
I don't like to make this kind of comment but we had booked a lift for Sunday May 24, 2020, which was confirmed a few days before. But the same day no trace of the lift and no reaction on the phone. I sincerely hope that nothing serious has happened but I would have liked to have been at least warned of an impediment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne suis pas contente du service pas d’organisation et on me casse une pièce en me disant que c’est lors du montage alors qu’il s’agit de leur faute lors du démontage de meuble . Et en plus exagération au niveau des heures alors que j’avais pris 3h donc on a dû payer plus car pas d’organisation de leur côté .
I am not happy with the unorganized service and a part is broken by telling me that it is during the assembly when it is their fault during the dismantling of furniture. And in addition exaggeration in terms of hours when I had taken 3 hours so we had to pay more because there was no organization on their side.
