B	Barbara Minuzzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Taxi Leuven, following your email I will explain better what happened: we booked a taxi at 12,40 but early in the morning we asked you by Whatsapp to send it earlier (at 12,20) because my colleague had to catch a flight and you confirmed, but the taxi arrived at 12,35 anyway that is 15 minutes later than the scheduled time. I am therefore sorry but my score will not change. In any case the driver was kind and professional.

We exchange a dozen of emails to ensure I would pay the service and not my guests. I wanted to pay it in advance, but that was not possible, so we agreed that they would send me the invoice the day after, but they charged may guests anyway at the end of the ride!!

I tried calling the taxi service several times and there was no answer. I was forced to walk 2.7 km at 5 in the morning dragging luggage, and as a result, I was close to missing my flight. Update: the company apologized and picked me up from the airport and took me to Leuven at no charge. They seemed genuinely apologetic and wanted to make it right, which I appreciated.

At 3 AM I found this taxi service and emailed them that I need a taxi at 7 AM (that’s 4 hours away!). I didn’t have a big hope that I will receive a response. But! they replied right away confirming my appointment ?? At 6:40 AM I received a call from the taxi service to make another confirmation and at 6:50 AM the taxi arrived in advance ? I was a bit late to go out, so the taxi waited right at the entrance until 7:10 AM. Very comfortable, very fast, perfect service. Loved it! Didn’t know that in Leuven we have such a professional taxi service. Cause the last time I used another taxi service and made an early appointment and even with that they were late for 15 min. And Taxi Leuven-Taxi Bnx is awesome. I mean seriously, I’m impressed!
