★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een slechte onbeschofte receptioniste die heel onvriendelijk telefoon aanneemt en klant te woord staat.....Kan de druk niet aan daar ze afspraken vergeet in te boeken....De chauffeurs integendeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk......Als de dame in kwestie haar attitude niet veranderd, zullen veel mogelijke klanten afhaken....
A bad rude receptionist who answers the phone unfriendly and speaks to the customer ..... Can't handle the pressure because she forgets to book appointments .... The drivers, on the contrary, helpful and friendly ...... As the lady in question has not changed its attitude, many possible customers will drop out ....
