Immo tally is een zeer goeie kantoor Heel rap en heel vriendelijk. Mijn woning is heel rap verkocht in een correcte prijs. Een aanrader!?

Maken de eerste kennismaking zeer aangenaam maar daarna is er weinig goede service. Na tekenen compromis voor verkoop huis was het bey bey en hoe eerder buiten hoe beter.

Diese Firma und insbesondere Glen Tally haben mich und meine Freundin dazu verleitet, ein Haus zu kaufen, das nicht so war, wie sie es sich vorgestellt hatten. Das Haus hat nicht den Durchgang, den sie beworben haben, wir haben jetzt nur noch die Hälfte des Gartens, der uns gesagt wurde, und wir haben unser Wohnzimmerfenster blockiert. Wir haben keine Möglichkeit, unsere Fahrräder abzustellen, was für uns beim Kauf eines Hauses wichtig war. Glen the Lier zeigte uns einen verschütteten Durchgang, in dem wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen können, aber jetzt ist es Teil des Nachbargrundstücks, nicht unseres. Der Landstreit ist jetzt ein Gerichtsverfahren und sie haben uns in dieses gigantische Problem getäuscht. Er hat uns auch wegen des Abwassersystems angelogen, das Haus hat keines, also müssen wir jetzt Tausende von Euro ausgeben, um eines zu installieren, indem wir den gesamten Boden des Hauses durchbrechen. Vertraue diesen Leuten nicht, sie sind Gauner, unehrlich, haben keine Menschlichkeit in sich, Schande über euch alle

Johan is een eerlijke en oprechte man waar je direct een goed gevoel bij hebt. Iets wat je totaal niet hebt bij hun conculega's van het gekende bureau in de nabij gelegen deelgemeente.

La maison à été vendue en 2 jours alors que ça faisait 6 mois qu elle était chez era@home. L agence tally est rapide connaît les maisons qu il fait visiter, il est compétent, disponible, à l écoute de ses clients et professionnel. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation !!!! Un grand merci à l agence.

Zeer tevreden over het resultaat en een pluim voor Glenn. Mijn woning werd verkocht na 2 weken waar een andere makelaar niet in slaagde in 6 maand tijd voor alle duidelijkheid! Ik raad jullie zeker aan bij mijn vriendenkring!

Avoid this company like a plague, we had the most horrendous experience with them, particularly Glen Tally, the son, (the father is no better though). This deceiving snake of a person, shamelessly, putting a friendly face, got us tied up in buying the most problematic property, with a looming court case of land dispute on the horizon. Our experience of buying a first house turned into a nightmare, with the neighbour taking over the side passage that was told by Glen was ours, by building a wall in the middle of our garden, and blocking our living room window with wood borders so night comes in. They say the neighbour is lying but he has all paperwork and hasnt been proven wrong for 6 months now. But thats not all. The number of things he lied about this property is impossible to count, he said the house is connected to canalization, but this turned out to be yet another lie - the house has a water well under toilet! its at least an extra 5000 euro to correct. he advised to cement a hedge in corridor (this is old garden drain he said, you can just cement over, no big deal) which luckily we didnt do as it was important plumbing juncture, but now we are left with ugly opening in our corridor. list goes on. We heard that real estate agents are not exactly the most trustworthy people , but this guy has lost all conscious and humanity, he pretended to help us, but he screwed us over that we may never recover again. I curse every day he walks on this planet lying and cheating innocent people. He will not get away with this.
