★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op Kerstavond 10 minuten voot sluitingstijd ik weet precies welke stukken ik wil kopen geld klaar in de hand word onderschept door verkoopster Tanya die mij de toegang ontzegd wij gaan sluiten dus vergeet t maar ,buiten gebied ze mij.Gelukkig begrijpt haar collega de situatie en laat me snel afrekenen om 5 voor sluitingstijd verlaat ik de winkel.Deze situaties ontstaan wanneer personeel zich de vrijheid veroorloven om klanten te weigeren en de omzet naar verhouding te bepalen .Bad business.Patroon zorg voor gemotiveerde verkoopsters in uw zaak want uw winstmarges gaan de foute kant op.
