Wilde de auto zelfs het weekend voor ons stallen en naar de garage brengen zodat wij zelf verder op vakantie konden. En hij heeft ons naar de autoverhuur gebracht. Een heel fijn bedrijf! Experience was great. Owner was supposed to come after 1.5 hours, but was already there after half an hour. Even wanted to store the car for us for the weekend and take it to the garage so that we could continue on holiday ourselves. And he took us to the car rental. A very nice company!

Ik wou hem mijn telefoonnummer geven zodat ik de garage op de hoogte kon brengen als de auto aankomt maar hij weigerde. Uiteindelijk nam hij toch telefoonnr van de garagist aan. Ik wou eigenlijk vermijden wat toch gebeurt is. Maar de depanneur belt deze morgen naar mijn vrouw, mijn vrouw zit op haar werk en kan zomaar niet opnemen. Terwijl ik de depanneur persoonloonlijk gesproken heb en klaar en duidelijk uitgelegd heb. Dus nu vernemen wij van Ethias dat de depanneur in kwestie naar de garage geweest is, naar mijn vrouw gebeld heeft en daarna weg is geweest zonder de auto af te geven. Wij zitten nu met de gebakken peren en krijgen onze auto pas dinsdag. Chapeau goed bezig! Worst service ever !! Rude person came to pick up my car in Menen yesterday.
